Liberties and the Rule of Law

As part of the “Liberties and the Rule of Law” conference, Ricardo Ríos-Ferrer, President of the General Council of the Mexican Bar, took an active role in two key moments:

🔹 In the roundtable “Scope and Limits of the State”, where he shared key insights on the relevance of the rule of law in the current context of constitutional reform.

This forum—organized by the Universidad de la Libertad, the Ricardo Salinas Pliego, and Mexico’s leading bar associations—brought together national and international legal experts to defend our democratic institutions.
