We are proud to share that Ricardo Ríos Ferrer, President of the General Council of the Mexican Bar Association, is participating in the World Law Congress 2025, held in the Dominican Republic.

Ricardo joins global legal leaders in the panel «Rule of Law, Science, and Technology», contributing his insights alongside distinguished professionals from Spain, Italy, Chile, Romania and the United States.

The WLC is the world’s most important legal forum, bringing together top voices from law, academia, business, and public institutions to address pressing global issues—from human rights to artificial intelligence.

Ricardo is participating not only as a panelist, but also in his capacity as President of the General Council of the Mexican Bar Association and Trustee of the World Law Foundation.
